"Some details about my experience: I requested a non-smoking room and it was granted. However, I would strongly suggest that the hotel separate smoking and non-smoking on separate floors. The smoke smell from the rooms accross from ours was unbearable and so was the smell in the hallway. On Aug 16th, we requested a 6:30a wake up call that we never received. I routinley excersize and was excited that this hotel had an excersize room UNTIL I went to use the facility. Not only was is 90° plus in the room, only the stair stepper and the weight machine were operable. One of the other reasons why I picked this hotel was that breakfast was included in the price, therefore we didn't need to spend the money to go out. On Aug 16th, we went down for breakfast and they were out of most items, didn't offer any healthy food and the coffee was very watered down. Here's what the breakfast consisted of: Juice Bisquits Sausage Gravy Pancakes Coffee? When I went to check out, I was asked by the front desk how my experience was. I told them that it was just "OK" and then started to describe my experience. At that moment I was ignored and she started helping the next customer WHILE I was still talking. We did not depart on Aug 16th as indicated at the top, we departed on Aug 17th. Frustrating at times, Michelle Resetar"
