"Service in restaurant extremely slow. Left after wating forty minutes for breakfast service. Couldn't afford any more time. Should have free internet access in business center. Had to pay to print boarding passes for flight. For example, Hilton Garden Inn has free service. Tub in room was repaired in a substandard manner. Also had no stopper. Tub needed cleaning. Not a housekeeping problem - dirty from repairs. Front desk had incorrect charges for movie rental - we didn't watch any movies."

"Truly bummed that the hot tub was out of commission during our stay. Towels at the pool were hard to come by and thread bare as well. The wonderful gal at the front desk had a lot to do - all by herself. But she did a great job of staying courteous!"
