"This was my second stay in a year. Since I travel with a pet, my accomodations are limited. For the price, location & amenities, this is a great deal. The rooms are starting to get threadbare (had the same room both times). This time the plastic drapes were split, so morning sum comes streaming through. To make up for the now-missing restaurant, the staff set out a nice continental breakfast. The front desk apologized for the inconvenience and gave good recommendations for restaurants in the local area. The pool was clean, however, pool towels available last year were nowhere to be found. There are quite a few similarly-styled motels closer to the nearest shopping and dining area (Lexington) however, prices were much higher and ambience about identical."

"Well, the real problem was, since we had two small dogs with us, it seemd we were relegated to the 'back of the bus' so to speak. The room was dingy. So maybe the motel is 'pet friendly' but not 'owner friendly". For example, at a pet friendly Hampton Inn along our route to Florida, the room did not differ in any way from a room used by those not traveling with pets. And that is what we expected everywhere. But it was not that way at Days Inn in Raphine."
