"I had asked for a business suite, but in stead I recieved a standard two bedroom room without the things I needed. I think the part that was most humerous was when I took a shower only to find no curtains. I called the front desk and their reply was, "thats the way they are now." I have stayed all around the world and never seen something like that. At least not in a standard bathroom. Last but not least, I needed towels after my curtainless shower the next day. I was met with the response of, "we will get to you when everybody comes back from lunch." At 1430hrs in the afternoon? I will not be returning there again."
