"staff certainly was friendly and kind. One problem, the bathroom was just too small. The hotel could have had paid more attention to details. We had a family of 5 stay in a single room yet there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. Our reservations specifically stated the number of occupants for the room. This may be a small detail but we had to request an extra pillow as well. If somone had paid attention to the # of occupants, neither would not have been necessary. This level of detail makes the difference between a consumer oriented business and one that is more like "fast food." Alhtough hot used, the microwave and refridgerator were a nice touch to the room."
