"There was only one bell cart which took a while to be returned to the main floor and I had to haul up oxygen tanks for my mother. The hotel needs to have an automated door to facilitate bringing in luggage. The room was very fresh and clean and it was nice having the breakfast provided by the hotel. The only other thing I can complain about was all of the door slamming that was going on late at night, which is no fault of the hotel's."
