"I booked my stay through an on-line service. I requested and expected a non-smoking room. When we arrived we were told that the only rooms available were smoking. It was late and we had very little choice other than sleep in the car. I accepted the room but spent a miserable night not to mention the smell of smoke on our belongings that lingered the entire next day. The second day I requested a non-smoking room and it was granted. The second room was fine. We tried to make the best of it although our youngest son continued to be affected by the smoke well into the second day. He is not used to being around cigarette smoke. Unfortunately the first night overshadowed the entire stay. The hotel was fine in general. The experience was memorable only because it was very uncomfortable. My family asked that we never stay there again."

"Most of the hotel staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. The parking for hotel guests was inconvenient. The room was very stuffy and needs better vents. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. The restaurant was clean and the food was very good. Thank you."
