"the bed was very uncomfortable we have been travelleing through the USA staying in many hotels . the bed in this hotel was the most uncomfortable we had to request ther hairdryer be changed because it was over heating the ironing board was broken the junior staff reacted in quite a positive manor however there was one lady who seemed to have a dont care less attitude We have stayed in many BW hotels - we were disappointed overall despite its excellent location CHANGE the beds please!"
