"A nice hotel. Room was nice but they need to do work on the ceiling (falling)above the tub area. The pool was very nice but the hot tub had cloudy water and one jet was working properly."

"The stay itself was good and the rooms were comfortable, but your restaurant needs help. Though I am usually the last one to complain, the food was pretty bad and the water was the worst I have ever tasted. I drove 10.5 hours to meet my parents(they live in Shreveport, I live in Phoenix) for dinner and had chosen this hotel because of it's location and it had a restaurant, but was very dissappointed in the food. At dinner, the steaks were very tough, the baked potatoes weren't warm enough to melt butter and the shrimp cocktails were served warm as if they had been defrosted in the microwave not to mention that the prices were very high considering the food we received. We went back for breakfast hoping it would be better and left disappointed again. We did not complain at the time since it took soo long to get the food in the first place. The wait staff were professional and I didn't find them at fault. I was hoping to be able to use this hotel as a meeting place again in the future, but at this point I am not sure of that."

"We arrived very late at night and we went into the resteraunt to eat it was almost 10:00 at night and the waitress there was just great!!!! I don't remember her name but she was friendly and fed us when we were tired and hungry. I totally enjoyed the experience because of the service at this resteraunt!! Thank you Julie Cavender"
