"It would have been helpful if a hair dryer would have been available in the room. The people who were on duty during the night apparently did not check to see if everything was ready for the continental breakfast the next morning. I don't know if it was their responsibility to do so, but the person on duty at the front desk the next morning had to change out all of the juice bags because they were all empty. People had to wait to get juice while this was being done."

"Tell the boss that Elizabeth, the night clerk, deserves a raise! I arrived at about 1 am, expecting to see a grumpy night clerk who could care less. Much to my surprise, Elizabeth acted like it was 9 am in the morning and bent over backwards to help me, even when I was so tired that I couldn't figure out how to get hot water out of the shower tap -- & without making me feel like a fool! Very pet friendly! I asked for easy access to the outside for the dogs & got it! And, the room was already cool when I arrived! I didn't have to suffer in the heat waiting for the room to cool!"
