"The evening we arrived it was total chaos. It took over 30 minutes for us to check in when only one other person was in line in front of us. We had reserved these rooms via internet, but everything was wrong. The address and phone numbers were incorrect, and the type of arrangements were incorrect. The manager didn't want to change the information, instead insisted that it would not matter. We didn't want to be registered under someone else's address and number. Also, we asked for a crib not once but twice, and it was never brought to the room. Exposed wires were hanging from under the air conditioning unit. We discovered this as our ten month old grabbed hold of them. Luckly, he was not shocked. Janet Smart"
