"this was, by far, the worst stay (our third) we have had at this motel. I will not stay there on my next trip to Nashville! The room was very run down, took me three tries to get a coffee pot from the front desk that worked! I killed three roaches in there and got bit several times from fleas because they let animals stay in the rooms which is okay if you clean them properly. The guests they have living there with their animals (and there are a few!) walk their animals right outside the security doors and do not clean up behind them and then little children play in the grass and step in the animals droppings. The parking is unreal! The guests living there park right in the roadway leaving you unable to get anywhere near your rooms. I am a handicapped person and they have four parking spots out by one of the entries and the people who live there on a daily basis use them making it uneasy for the older guests to get to an entry door. I was very disappointed with the front desk for not addressing these complaints and will not recommend this place to anyone else! I will also be filing a complaint with the upper management of this chain of hotel."
