"I was given a theme room (safari) on the first floor. The jungle atmospere is different. However, there were no windows to this room or its bathroom. I feel that certain things like wall outlets and other fixtures are old and need to be replaced. The airconditioner went on and off every 3 minutes and rattled when it came on. Only tv channels worked clearly, while movie channels were grainy and wavy. They offered to come up and check but late at night I opted to cancel the movie I had just purchased. Wireless internet was available but in some instances it was inconsistent. The door connecting to the other room does not provide the right noise insulation from the neighbor. Overall, I think for the money and this type of room, it is over-rated. For the area, you get a lot more at a much better price. If I were to stay there again I would ask more about the hotel, the newer wing, etc. and stay on a different floor."
