"This was our first time at the Concordville's Best Western, and we were quite impressed! Good help is hard to come by these days, but I would like to compliment the staff. The customer service was excellent; everyone was so friendly and accomodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. We stayed in one of your King Suites, and it was unbelievable. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if the rooms, (or at least the suites with the view of the lake and the gazebo), had balconies overlooking your beautiful landscaping. Other than that, I look forward to our next stay at your hotel!"
