"The hotel advertised high speed Internet access. The connection didn't work (Neither did it work for a collegue in another room), the staff was not able to help me, and the Help number provided put me on hold for two separate 3 minute periods after taking my information and issues, then automatically switched me to a voice mailbox. These support in this area was poor and I never did get on the Net. Other than that, my stay was fine."
