"My Hotel stay was fine, however, my comment is more about your service. When I arrived, we we're supposed to have have a room with a hot-tub. They gave us a regular room since we came with children under the age of 18. They said this information was on their website, but 3rd party services (like yourself) are selective with the things they post on their website. I was very disapointed we could not stay in a room with the hot-tub. I should of been notified of this when I booked the room on-line. I specifically reported two adults, 2 children. They gave me a less expensive room and also discounted the price after my insistance. Like I said, the room was nice, they were nice, the included meals were fantasic. However, your site should have not let me booked that room, or at least have given me a warning about the children thing. Thank You. PS - What did the $5/ night web charge get me????"
