"We did get in late and I know the work force base is not really wide but the lady in the front office had problems with even the small tasks. Parking, ther was none for us but there was a boat (Bay liner) in front of our room that hadn't moved in ages that was more important the the cust. I was told that my credit card would be charged a $4.00 fee for reserving the room and I agreed then paid cash for the stay but I was charged $9.oo something instead, It is not a big diff. but we didn't even make a local call and all we ask of room serv. was for two more bath towels. Of course the charge was double what they said it would be and if a 1000 people stay I guess it would ad up to quite a profit so it angers me and we have been going to Boardman OR. for this family reunion for 10 years straight and I think that there is another hotel on the other sid of the freeway we will check on for next year unless you can tell me why I shouldn't. Some of these things may sound small but when you think about it a service bus. is what it is and the charge on my credit card pushed me over, So I would like some feed back some justification for the action or my bus. will go to the "other guys".
