"The first room that we went to check out reeked of mothballs. They only had a smoking room available which was far better than the mothball odor in the first room. Overall the smoking room did not smell too much of smoke. You could smell it a little bit. Also there was no remote control for the TV. The floor looked like it needed vacuumed. The price was very affordable and with our daughter attending college, the price was attractive to meet our needs. Persons working at the counter were eager to help."
