Great Lifeguards; Uncomfortable Beds
"We stayed in a family suite with a cave. My son (2.5yrs) loved it! It also gave us a little privacy and separation after he went to bed which was nice. The bed was terrible. The hotel was so nice and we were exhausted after playing at the pool and games that we were looking forward to a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, we didn't get one, you could feel the springs underneath you and the linens were not very soft. My rating of the hotel would go up dramatically if the beds were improved. During the entire stay, we were only able to get on the internet once for a few minutes. They said they were having technical problems and it was due to near capacity. It would be nice to see them upgrade this system. The pool area was very clean and life guards were diligent. The guards were constantly moving. I felt all adults and children were very safe and well looked after."
