"There was a security light burnt out in the parking lot the duration of our stay, we had only 1 trash can in our room, approximately 33% of the channels on the TV didn't come in (as compared to our sister who was on the ground floor at the same time), there was no provisions for coffee in our room, and compared to the Holiday Inn in Port Clinton, we thought that the continental breakfast was not worth the time after the first day of trying it."
