"We will never book another hotel than the Hampton Inn. We were treated most graciously from the maintenance man all the way up to the manager. Everyone was great. The breakfast in the morning was superb. Very well kept hotel. You will always be high on our list. Only one complaint my wife had was the flimsy ironing board (it tipped when she ironed). Other than that, Hampton Inn made our "Family Reunion" in Lima, Ohio a great one..Thank you for caring....."
