"The pictures and description are VERY misleading as to the actual condition and amenities of this hotel. The outdoor pool described on the website has been closed for sometime and there appeared to be no possible way for it to be open soon. The phone in my room NEVER worked the entire time we were there (3 days, 2 rooms.) After several attemps to get the key cards to work for our other room, they still never did. We had adjoining rooms and entered only from the one room. The hot tub had no controls, it was cold and there was no bubble action. An old run down heat sauna sits along side the pool, (not mentioned on the website,) it of course does not work and apparently hasn't for some time. An employee told me it had not worked in the 4 years she had been there. Yet anyone could gain full access to this sauna, not even a sign indicating it was closed, and no attempt was made to put a lock on the door so that children were unable to access it. There were burn holes in 2 of the 4 bedspreads, my bed seemed to be sitting on a frame much too small for the mattress and wobbled and rocked from sitting or laying on the bed. The newer carpet in the hallway was filthy, and appeared to have suffered some sort of flood damage. This was an old run down former Motel, that had been bought out and given a facelift in a limited number of areas, and those were the pictures used to promote this location. The "Family Style" resturant that sits in the same parking lot, was just as old and run down, and the many bugs on the floor of the womans rest room really said it all. While the staff was very friendly and tried to fix our many problems, overall the property was a joke and it's description and pictures very very misleading!!!"
