"Staff did not have change for the vending machines or even the purchase of shaving cream. Staff gave poor directions on where a good running route might be. The room smelled so bad from mildew that the window had to be opened, which caused the bedroom to fill with humidity. It was raining and hot. All of my clothes were soaked the next morning. The AC was on the entire time, but the window had to be opended to get some fresh air circulating. The tiered steps were a joke when trying to move luggage back and forth. How about a service elevator for the ground level."
