"The central location of this hotel with Times Square just around the corner is a winner. Customer hospitality was poor though! This could be improved. I would probably stay here again just for its location."

"The room was expensive for 1) the size of the room and 2) the services you received. No coffee maker in the room and no room service. Toilet broke the first day of our visit (which was promptly fixed) but for $215 a night, I expect a nicer room with no broken toilets. The heat could not be regulated, we had the window open and the air conditioning on when it was in the 30s outside. Some staff were somewhat friendly, others were down right surly. I've stayed much nicer hotels in NY for the same price. I would not stay there again."
