"There were no wash cloths in the bathroom, the coffee maker had condiments in the basket, when I used them, they curdeled. The room off the bathroom next to the beds was dark and seedy giving us an uncomfortable feeling, the remote didn't work for the television set, and honestly the room could have been cleaner. I know they were very busy, but this is not acceptable."
