"It took approximatly 30 minutes to check-in. When we got to the room there was men & women's wet shorts and underwear in the corner. The sheets had burn holes in them. The couch was just filthy. The front desk gave us new towels and sheets but we really shouldn't have had to ask (especially when your paying $125.00 a night)"

"The hotel itself was not bad, but the customer service was the absolute worst I have ever seen. It took me over 3 hours to check-in (about 2.5 waiting in line, and a little over 0.5 at the counter. The seemed to mess up just about every room's reservation, whether it was type of room, number of beds, cots, etc. Their attitude (often times told to guests) whenever anything was wrong was "well you could have stayed somewhere else, take it or leave it". I have never seen a business stand behind their product and care as little about customer sevice as this hotel. Even though it was directly across the street from the event I was there for, I will never stay there again. I would rather drive an hour to a Residence Inn or something then step foot in this hotel again. The staff is downright nasty to their customers and does their best to belittle them whenever possible. Don't let the website fool you, this hotel is terrible."

"I booked my reservations for this hotel months in advance and they gave me pretty decent rates, when i got to the hotel to check in, I was standing in line to check in for over 2 hours and ended up having to pay 110 dollars more for my two night stay in this place. The people working at the front desk had no idea what was going on and personally, I dont think they cared. After finally checking in, a man gives me 2 keys to my room, me and my friends went all the way to the 6th floor just to find out that you need a card key not a regular key to get in the door. I went back to the front desk and said these keys dont work and the person behind the desk said, "well thats because they shouldnt work" which makes no sense, why would they give me those in the first place? The elevators never worked in this place, walking up to the sixth floor everytime i needed to was not fun. overall i had a good time, but that hotel is a piece of sh*t."
