"I dont know if it was the manager but he was impolite and very rude to my mother , she went down and she his 78 years old, to have some towel because we were always missing some, and he told in front of some person that we didn't pay, so I had to go down to show him my reservation, and he gave me the towel after. He doesn't have any respect for old people, never all go there again, and also all the chambermaid dont speak english they are all Hindou, so they dont understand what you want or say."
