"My eye glasses dropped out of my backpack in the hotel lobby and I didn't realize until I was an hour away. I called back and the staff went out of their way to secure them and were willing to hold them for a month til I was returning to Grand Forks. It ended up that I travelled down a couple of days later and picked them up in the end. Very friendly woman at the desk. Thanks"

"The hotel said they had a continental breakfast but it certainly left something to be desired. All they had was toast, coffee and a few chocolate donut holes. Any other hotel we've stayed where they have had a continental breakfasts they had cereal, bagels, cream cheese, danish pastry, muffins and so on to choose from."
