"We were in room 327, a smoking room because we booked online for the weekend get away. We requested a refrigerator and were told that it would be an extra charge of $10.00/day. My brother was in room 430 and had a refrigerator for $4.00/day. Why the difference in price? The sink and shower drained slow. The shower curtain kept sliding to the center of the rod which allowed the floor to get wet. We were not pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn this time. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn several times a year when we visit our family. Our poor service with the weekend get away will prevent us from using it again. It appears that the lower rate of $80.00/night qualifies the customer for a less than pleasant stay. We stayed for two nights which cost nearly $200.00 with tax and fees."
