"The pool was out of use & we weren't informed about it until we asked for pool towels. There was no apology from the management or otherwise. We were just told that it couldn't be fixed that weekend, then the guy at the frontdesk went back to reading his newspaper. We were there for 2 days, very boring, nothing close enough to walk to unless you crossed the interstate access road. I'm not hard to please but when I book a room I always make sure there is a pool, and I expect to use it. My husband and sons went to the Charlotte race that weekend and I was stuck with nothing to do. It was clean, but boring, especially when your without a car."
