"The only issue was that our key card needed to be renewed daily and twice we arrived at our room 305 door, only to find that we needed to return to the desk to have the card renewed once again. Does this always happen to persons who book for a three night stay? Robin, from the housekeeping staff was very attentive and ready to meet our daily schedule for cleaning prior to 1:00 p.m. She really went out of her way to assit us in every way and we are most grateful to her. Robin is a real asset to the Great Falls Inn housekeeping staff. Thank you, Barbara Schamber"
