"The inn is in a spectacularly beautiful setting, surrounded by the peaks of Glacier National Park. I arrived and left by Amtrak's Empire Builder train; you disembark right in front of the inn, although an inn employee met the train in a golf cart and took me back to the train platform for departure. Rather than staying in the inn, I stayed in a charming converted caboose in a wooded area, nicely furnished and heated by a gas-log wood stove. A very serene setting, with many well-marked trails for hiking. The inn serves well-prepared American cuisine."
