"The expanded continental breakfast is great, but the way it was set up did not allow for easy traffic flow. With hundreds of guests in the hotel for a conference, and the dining/breakfast area overflowing with guests, the only way in and out of the breakfast area was through one narrow opening into a U-shaped area. If the tables were set in two parallel lines, the many guests would be able to get their food and leave more quickly, creating fewer people present at any given time."
