"could you please use the elastic bands on the matress covers and fitted sheets that fit the bed? It was annoying at night to find that the sheets had come off and couldn't be secured because they were too small and flat. This is especially bothersom with all the media educating us on hotel cleanliness and lack thereof."

"The room I had was too small for the price I paid. It was smaller than my bedroom at home - I thought a suite was larger - it was noisy, the door slammed really bad, it was next to the elevator, many of the light bulbs were not even installed in the lamps, ceilings, etc. It was dark, and all night long kids were making tons of noise below my window. Long past midnight. I blame the parents for that. Kids were constantly running up and down the elevator. The first night I went to the restaurant it took over 20 minutes for someone to take our order."
