"The front desk was very rude. They also lock all the doors after 10pm so you have to carry your luggage from the front desk to the back if your arriving later. I'm not sure why this is setup that way since each of the side doors were setup with card readers. The lady at the front desk told me that I just had to carry the items. Also, I asked for a non-smoking and ended up with a smoking room."
