"Lounge in Trillium lacked appropriate number of staff to accommodate the number of guests on New Year's Eve. My party went to the bar several times to refresh our drinks before finally finding the one and only server. After tracking her down for service, she told us that she was trying to get something done so she could leave and directed us to seek our own beverages at the bar. I am VERY unimpressed with this lack of service on a holiday."
