"I think it is important to share our expierece with your hotel. we have sayed at different sheraton's through the years and this was a dissappoinmant the hotel desperlty needs updating the place looks and smells dirty. The rooms that looked over the pool which is where we atarted our stay dump the heat from the aircondtioners into the pool area making that room unbearably hot the exhaust fans were not used either they were brocken or just not turned on. the smell of clorine was in turn noticed into the rooms. We were looking forward to stayning at a class hotel My sister, brother nad his family and my husband and myself and our daughters. All had looked forward to staying in a luxury hotel only to find that once you left the lobby that it was truley a second class dump. For $219.00 a night we expected more. The staff was freindly and nice but could not overcome the short commings of the overall experince. We visist Eastham every year for a week I do not think we would return to your establishment. I would in fact apperciate some sort of reembursment or at least a certificate that I could use at another sheraton. I know they are not all this run down. Sorry to be so honest but you asked.
