"Phone call to confirm reservations - man who answered the phone was very nice (unusual), you don't get friendly service like that in Texas, even just for a phone call. Girl at front desk (Tina) very nice and gave us answers to all questions we had. (shuttle service, etc.) Very unusual, Texas people act like you put them out of their way and their time to answer any questions. Cleaning ladies - the most friendly, funny, enjoy their job people I've ever seen. Again you don't get that in Texas."
