"The room was a non-smoking room and when we opened the door we were flooded with a stale smoke smell. The person at the desk did not inform us that check out time was at 11:00am and we assumed it was at 12:00pm. We had stayed out very late the night before and when we woke up at 10:00am and realized we had to be out in an hour, it created a big inconvience and we were not granted any extra time as we requested."
