"I was put in a smoking room and was expecting non-smoking. Did not like going to a wedding wearing smoky clothes. My son forgot his toothbrush and ask for one. The hotel had run out of toothbrushes but assured us they had plenty of toothpaste! Money was lost in the vending machine (did get refund at desk)......."

"We stayed in the conference room since it was the only King bed available. We had people constantly trying to open our room and others knocking as late as 10:45pm!!! There was no dresser or closet to hang clothes. Nor was there a clock radio so we could know what time it was. The pool was stated as being heated....it was not. It was the coldest heated pool I'd ever been in AND the pool area was AIR-CONDITIONED so it was even colder in there!!! I'd probably stay elsewhere if given a choice."
