"At check in they wanted to charge me $ 4 for a internet patch cable, I spent over $200 on this stay and felt that it should included after you claim to have “free” high speed internet. It wasn’t the nominal $4 charge it was the principle of it, what next will you charge for the iron power cord? Also you should consider installing a wireless system, I would help you attract business travelers."
