"I had trouble understanding the people working at the front desk; heavy dialect. I asked for a 'wake up' call @ 5:30 am from the front desk (talked to a lady who was easy to understand). She said she would give me a wake up call and never did; I ended up not waking up until 6:30 and had to be to work @ 7:00; this was also upsetting obviously."
