"Very nice facilities; mattresses very hard; I found the window to my room unlocked one day and I felt that this could be a safety concern as it was a ground floor room. Staff was very good about correcting a mistake they made in the reservations which were supposed to be for two rooms as it said on the confirmation notice, but they had only reserved one room."
