"Employees (room cleaners) always had sour looks on their faces. The black maintenance worker (red shirt) was hitting on my wife. The bathtub filled with water during shower, the TV remote control didn't work; the hot tub didn't work and the pool was dirty. Wasn't worth $70.00 per night maybe worth $45.00"

"Staff on front desk could have been more welcoming and helpful. The manager was very aggresive towards another customer in front of us which was quite distressing. The breakfast amenities were apalling so we always bought breakfast away from the hotel. The cleaning staff were very polite respectful and efficent. The rooms were excellent and good value."
