"Hotel staff were very friendly and breakfast was nice, great location for Sanibel Island. Housekeeping missed things like cleaning the coffee pot and leaving the coffee amenities for the next day. Some concern the patty sliding door was not secure, lock would not hold and safety catch was pulling out of the frame. Got impression the maintenance of the facility was not good. Worst problem was the mattress had little support and left us both with sore backs which we have not had before at franchise hotels. If we had a great bed, we would have overlooked the other issues."

"Very clean room from top to bottom. Cleanliness is always my main concern. I am willing to pay extra and was not dissapointed in condition of the room. Was also impressed with the friendly and knowledgable office staff. Breakfast buffet was a welcome and tasty surprise."
