"It took two hours to check in--the clerk wouldn't accept my credit card because it is in my husband's name. I had my bank on the phone and they told her I am an authorized signer but that wasn't good enough. They wanted the bank to receive, fill out and fax back a special form they use. My bank doesn't give out that sort of information. I offered to pay cash, but they wanted two nights in cash even though I was only staying one night. Finally they agreed to accept one night payment in cash. The ordeal was embarrassing and took two hours. It set the mood for an evening that was tainted by their annoying attitude."

"The cleaning service - didn't clean the coffee pot nor mirrors. The trash bags were not set in the trash can but laid over. They didn't throw away a dirty coffee cup left on the counter. Beds were made and towels were changed. That was it. Thought they would clean better."

"The Hotel itself overall was good. It was just the front desk clerks that wasn't so pleasent. Reason being is that, I previously paid for my room prior to the arrival date. I was told that everything was paid for at that time including the hotel's resort fees and all. Upon check-out, they were telling me that I had to pay this fee when it clearly stated in my voucher that this had already been taken care of. I was highly disappointed and very unpleased with this matter. Furthermore, hotels of this kind don't ever inform you of any extra fee's or cost, they always feel the need to want to wait until the last minute. This is a good way to lose customer. This should be a way for the hotel to better themselves by letting the people know of all costs up front."
