"The welcoming was quite ordinary without much compassion for our difficult arrival. The reservation was not at the hotel. I found my way out of this situation by myself. The schuttle supposed to come and get us never arrived at the time (at least 45 minutes of waiting) and there were no answering at the second and third call we made to the hotel to know where the schuttle was. We had to wait for the boss on the next morning. He refund us the 27 $ of taxi we had to take. Great hotel, bad service at the front desk."
