"When I checked in, there was one person in front of me. Two counter people, one checking in other guest, the other counting quarters, which she never stopped to help me. The ice machine didn't work on my floor, had to come to first floor. The pool was dirty, leaves and trash on bottom. I looked for a net to clean myself but could not find one. Its a nice place, but the employees do not go out of their way to help you."
