"Great place to stay, but the customer service at the resort wasn't 4 star. It was very frustrating at times. Every time you called the front desk you got an answering machine!!! The food at Latitudes was good but again the service there was awful. The food at Flipper's bar was also good but there was one person working there with about 20-30 people to serve. It was almost like they were short staffed. It was disappointing to spend all of that money and have poor customer service."
