"When the maid service comes knocking, RUN !!!! If you are not out when they come to clean the room, you don't get it cleaned. We went to the beach for the entire day. When we returned at 6:00 pm, our room had not been touched. I was told by the lady at the front desk that all the cleaning staff was gone for the day and SHE was NOT going to clean it. We asked for another room and was denied by this person. However, the manager did stop by about an hour later and said the room would be cleaned while we were out for dinner (if he had to do it himself). That never happened! But we were offered another room around 10:00 pm by the night shift. (Great guy, very friendly) We did decline, due to the time and the fact that I was not feeling well by then. All in all, it probably could have been worse."
